Registration process for the symposium registration WoodSciCraf 2014

To register and pay your registration fees, please use the online platform AZUR COLLOQUE from CNRS.
After completing your personal information, as well as the organisation / person who will be paying, you will have to choose the category corresponding to your status and to the number of day you want to register for (see the synthetic table below). This first step is a “pre-registration”. After validation of this first step, you will be invited by e-mail (this can take a few days) to complete your registration. In this second and last step, you will need to choose your payment method:

  • Online payment (VISA, CB, MasterCard)
  • Cheque (available only from France)
  • Bank transfer
  • Purchase Order (available only from France)

Additional category: D = For persons wishing to come only to the gala diner + concert and/or for the technical visit (for example: invited or accompanying persons, etc.)

Attention: Whatever your category, if you register for 4 days you do not have to pay the additional fee E1 (gala dinner + concert) and E2 (technical visit) that are offered to you. Excepted if you want to come with an accompanying person, in this case please inform us prior to the event by e-mail: woodscicraft2014@univ-montp2.fr).
